It adds the day-of-service workflow your CRM doesn't: a dispatch board to assign jobs to techs, a tech mobile view, an automatic "on-my-way" arrival text to the customer, and a before/after photo portal the customer can open.
No extra setup. Arrival texts send from your sub-account's own phone number through your CRM, billed to your own account. There's no separate SMS provider to configure.
