These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jobcast, a field-service application operated by Casting Karma LLC ("Jobcast," "we," "us"). By installing or using Jobcast, you ("you," the agency or business installing it) agree to these Terms.
Jobcast adds a field-service workflow — dispatch board, technician view, automatic arrival ("on-my-way") SMS, and a before/after photo client portal — on top of your CRM sub-account. Features, scopes, and availability may change as the service evolves.
Arrival and status messages are sent from your own CRM phone number and billed to your own account by the platform. Jobcast triggers these messages at your direction (e.g., when a tech marks "on my way"). You are the sender of record for compliance purposes.
Jobcast is offered as a paid subscription billed natively through the platform (a flat monthly fee per active sub-account), and may be resold by agencies with their own markup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights necessary to process contact, calendar, messaging, and photo data to provide the service. You remain the controller of your end-customer data.
Jobcast, its name, logo, and software are owned by Casting Karma LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. Job photos and customer data you provide remain yours.
We work to keep Jobcast reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor delivery of any individual message (which depends on your number, carrier, and the platform).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casting Karma LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for Jobcast in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using and uninstall Jobcast at any time from your sub-account's app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, associated data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
